Job Overview

We’re looking for a skilled SAP Datasphere professional to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level data management and analytics solutions. You’ll be responsible for creating scalable, secure data pipelines and models, integrating SAP Datasphere with BW / 4HANA, SAC, and other data sources.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Integrate Solutions
  • Design data pipelines and integrations within SAP Datasphere and associated SAP environments.
  • Data Modeling & Pipelines
  • Build logical and physical data models, replication flows, ETL processes, and task chains.
  • Data Governance & Security
  • Manage tenant setup, user roles, object- & row-level security, and metadata catalogs for compliance.
  • API & Third-party Integration
  • Connect SAP and non-SAP systems, develop APIs, and deliver datasets to BI platforms.
  • Migration & Lifecycle Management
  • Handle content and version control across development, test, and production systems using SAP BW Bridge.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Optimize model and query performance, monitor data flows, and ensure reliability.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with functional teams (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain), mentor junior staff, and assist in pre-sales or requirements gathering.

🧩 Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere in multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong data modeling skills (SQL, CDS, graph).
  • Proficiency in replication, ETL, task chains.
  • Expertise in security design : roles, scopes, cataloging.
  • Experience integrating SAP Datasphere with SAC, external APIs, and scripting languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of SAP BTP architecture and cloud security.
  • Domain Knowledge
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC or S / 4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Sales).
  • Experience with BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and agile environments.
  • Mentorship and training capabilities for junior colleagues.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in SAP Datasphere, BW / 4HANA, or SAC.
  • Experience with SAC scripting or predictive analytics is a plus.

    • 🎓 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in SAP BW / HANA analytics.
  • At least 2 years of SAP Datasphere-focused project work.
