Position Summary

The HR Manager will play a key leadership role in managing all aspects of Human Resources for PracticeSuite, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This individual will partner with leadership across departments to ensure HR processes support the company's culture, operational efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process : job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
• Manage vendor relationships with recruiting agencies and job platforms.
