Role & responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify, acquire, and onboard HNI clients through direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- Liabilities Portfolio Management – Cross-sell and upsell CASA, term deposits, structured deposits, and other liability products to maximize portfolio size and profitability.
- Revenue Generation – Achieve sales and income targets from liabilities and related third-party products (e.g., insurance, investments).
- Service Excellence – Provide personalized banking solutions and ensure high standards of client servicing and issue resolution.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, KYC / AML norms, and internal policies while managing customer portfolios.
- Market Intelligence – Track competition offerings, market trends, and customer needs to drive targeted business development strategies.
