Purpose of the Job
The role is responsible for driving AIF & PMS business through distributors & direct sales efforts. The incumbent will focus on relationship management, business development, and revenue growth while ensuring a seamless investment experience for HNIs, Ultra HNIs, and Family Offices
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and smooth relationships with assigned distributors / clients in the region to drive consistent business growth.
- Responsible for prospecting and selling AIF & PMS products to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) through direct sales efforts and third-party distributors.
- Develop strong distribution relationships through continuous engagement, training programs, and value-added initiatives.
- Drive business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers, Senior RMs, and Regional Heads to enhance distributor participation.
- Achieve sales targets, increase market share, and drive AIF & PMS penetration in assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and investor behavior to refine sales approach and identify new opportunities.
- Actively generate new sales while strengthening existing client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal risk management guidelines in all sales and marketing activities
