We are seeking a proactive Lead Revenue Operations professional to join a hyper-growth company. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and be responsible for solving strategic and operational problems across the entire revenue cycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to independently execute projects, and effective communication to drive results.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Revenue Ops Ownership : Solve strategic and operational problems across lead generation, sales, and account management.
- End-to-End Project Execution : Translate business problems into actionable plans and drive them to results independently.
- Initiative Tracking : Monitor key GTM (Go-to-Market) initiatives and update metrics across various platforms like Teams and Asana .
- Insights & Analysis : Analyze trends, gaps, and opportunities using tools like Excel and dashboards.
- Stakeholder Alignment : Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS (Customer Success) , Product, and Ops teams to keep projects on track.
- Presentation & Storytelling : Build executive-ready decks and visuals to communicate findings clearly.
Skills Required
Experience : 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Business Analytics ; MBA / MSc is preferred.Technical Skills : Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint , with comfort in modeling, charting, and deck building.Problem-Solving : The ability to own complex initiatives independently with high agency and clarity.Communication : Effective communication with a bias for action and structured thinking.Project Management : Experience in managing multiple projects with cross-team collaboration.Bonus Skills :
Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment.Familiarity with customer lifecycle metrics like churn, NRR (Net Revenue Retention), and LTV (Lifetime Value) .Exposure to SQL and BI (Business Intelligence) tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau .Skills Required
