Key Responsibilities
- Lead Assessment : Evaluate marketing-generated leads to identify prospective customers for holiday quotations.
- Customer Engagement : Promptly reach out to new leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Qualification : Understand customer needs, assess fit, and qualify leads based on intent, preferences, and requirements.
- Pipeline Conversion : Convert qualified leads into active prospects by forwarding them for detailed consultation or initiating the quotation process.
- Collaboration : Partner with sales and travel advisors to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and enhance customer experience.
- Database Management : Keep detailed, accurate records of lead interactions and statuses in the CRM system while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Quick Response : Maintain fast turnaround times for initial lead engagement to boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Analytical Ability : Strong skills in evaluating and prioritizing leads, with an eye for high-potential opportunities.Proactive Approach : Self-driven, quick to respond, and able to take ownership of leads and follow-ups.Customer-Centric Mindset : Capable of understanding customer needs and engaging in a consultative manner.Organization & Multitasking : Comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.Target Orientation : Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed lead qualification and conversion goals.Experience : Prior experience in lead qualification, tele-calling, inside sales, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.Benefits
