Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential international customers or leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products / services.
- Deliver effective sales pitches and overcome objections to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales conversions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain post-sale engagement.
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, etc.)Experience :Freshers with strong English communication can apply1–3 years of international B2B / B2C sales experience preferredCommunication Skills :Fluent English with a neutral / US / UK accentExcellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skillsPreferred Skills :
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)Understanding of international market trends or SaaS / e-commerce / finance sectorsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong interpersonal skills and resilience under pressureSkills Required
