Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential international customers or leads.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products / services.
  • Deliver effective sales pitches and overcome objections to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales conversions in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly targets for sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain post-sale engagement.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Education : Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, etc.)
  • Experience :
  • Freshers with strong English communication can apply
  • 1–3 years of international B2B / B2C sales experience preferred
  • Communication Skills :
  • Fluent English with a neutral / US / UK accent
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Understanding of international market trends or SaaS / e-commerce / finance sectors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resilience under pressure
