Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to international prospects (businesses and consumers).
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, product demo (if applicable), negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications in CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
Requirements :
Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement (freshers with strong sales aptitude also welcome).Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) with a clear and neutral accent.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Comfortable working in international time zones and night shifts.Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.Preferred Skills :
Understanding of international sales processes and cultural nuances.Experience selling SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or services internationally.Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.Basic knowledge of B2B and B2C sales funnels.Skills Required
