Job Summary :

The Senior Associate – BPO Recruitment will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for voice, non-voice, blended, and support roles within the BPO domain. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, ensuring quick closures, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO (voice & non-voice) positions.
• Understand job requirements and create detailed job postings.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
