Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Manage bulk hiring processes from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-4 years of experience in BUlk Hiring or Talent Acquisition role.Strong understanding of BULK hiring processes and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and other stakeholders.Proficiency in using various sourcing channels (job portals, social media) for candidate acquisition.Skills Required
