We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with prior experience in preschool hiring, bulk recruitment, and vendor coordination. The role involves end-to-end recruitment management to ensure the timely hiring of qualified teachers, caretakers, support staff, and other preschool professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for preschool staff positions.
- Handle bulk hiring drives for teachers, caretakers, and support staff across multiple branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring vendors, consultants, and job portals to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with school principals and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies (social media, references, local networks, job fairs, campus drives, etc.).
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Ensure all new hires complete documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities smoothly.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends to improve recruitment efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in bulk hiring (teachers, caretakers, ayahs, support staff).Good understanding of the preschool / education sector recruitment needs.Excellent communication & negotiation skills for vendor management.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location hiring environment.Strong organizational and networking abilities.Qualifications
