Shift : EST Shift (6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST)

Experience : Fresher / 0–1 Year (Staffing or International Customer Service Preferred)

About the Role :

We are a dynamic and growing staffing firm specializing in non-IT recruitment . We are currently seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our onsite team in Madhapur, Hyderabad . This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or international customer service to launch and grow their career in the recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to support the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support for non-IT positions.
• Communicate effectively with candidates via phone, email, and other channels .
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Schedule interviews, follow-ups , and assist in managing the selection process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports accurately.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
