Location : My Home Hub, Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience : 24 Years

Shift : 6 : 30 PM 3 : 30 AM IST (Night Shift)

At TEKNINJAS, we are looking to expand our team with an enthusiastic and experienced OPT Recruiter. If you have hands-on experience with H1B Transfers and are passionate about recruitment in the US Staffing domain, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Strong grasp of F1 / OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, GC EAD, H1B Transfer

Skilled in sourcing & onboarding OPT / H1B IT consultants

Expert in H1B Transfer process, USCIS compliance, LCA wage levels

Proficient with ATS (Ceipal, Bullhorn) & sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn)

Proven track record in marketing candidates to direct clients & vendors

Hands-on with onboarding, relocation, retention, & bench management

Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills
