Job Title : Staffing Lead(BFSI)

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients (BFSI) to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process and act as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of recruitment, talent pipelines, and market insights.

Key Skills & Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment and in a delivery role, focusing on contract-to-hire positions.
