We are looking for an experienced professional to manage desktop administration and network support for an inbound voice process in a high-demand emergency helpline environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Conduct remote desktop support and application customization
- Maintain system performance through monitoring and timely updates
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 2 years in desktop support or related roleStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsFamiliar with voice-logging systems and remote support toolsDiploma / BE / B.Tech in ECE / CS / IT / EEEFluency in English and TamilWillingness to work in 24x7 shift operationsAdminister servers and ensure documentation is up to dateManage inventory of hardware / software assetsRecord technical resolutions and provide performance reports
