1)Lead the CFT & Guide teammembers & stakeholders, ensure cross functional collaboration
2)Interact with customer to identify needs and requirements of the projects.
3)Coordinate with core team for developing the budget, schedule and scope
4)Set up and maintain master schedule and make sure it is followed across the project life cycle, identify the gaps proactively to counter the same.
5)Ensure program team follows the best practices and standard operation procedures
6)Coordinate with the program CFT members to provide the technical support to the team to ensure project deliverables are met.
7)Continuously identify and manage the risks & pursue opportunities
8)Ensure & coordinate with all the CFT program team to ensure project related all documents are properly updated and maintained.
9)Conduct project related meetings with operational team on regular basis.
10)Identify risk, discuss with manager and develop mitigation plan.
11) Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns in professional and timely manner.
12)Generate program status report required for the customer & internal reviews
