ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Program Manager
- Overseeing multiple related projects to achieve strategic organizational goals, requiring them to manage budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Techno functional role :
Knowledge of basic SDLC cycleExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.Relevant Salesforce basics certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified admin etc..) - Not mandatory but an added plusRequisite skills :
Basic knowledge of retail loan and workflow based implementations or in a similar environment with 7-8 years of experienceExperience of Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure the best practices for code quality, performance, and scalability.Added skills and advantages in candidate will help but not mandatory to have
