• You’ll Be Doing :
• ✅ Driving business development for Contract, C2H & Full-time hiring within the Indian market.✅ Establishing and nurturing client relationships with IT companies, MNCs, and product firms.✅ Staffing ServiceNow professionals (Developers, Admins, Architects, Consultants, etc.).✅ Achieving and surpassing revenue & placement objectives.
• You Must Have :
• 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing in India1+ years of experience in ServiceNow / ERP-based hiringA strong client network and a proven sales track recordOutstanding communication and negotiation skills
