Role Overview :

The B2C E-Commerce & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving online sales of computer hardware products, managing the companys e-commerce website, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless online experiences. This role requires strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, proven sales expertise, and the ability to optimize digital platforms to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and continuously improve the companys e-commerce website (Product listings, checkout process, and content).
• Drive sales growth across online channels (website + marketplaces) with a focus on computer hardware (Desktops, laptops, CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, storage devices, peripherals).
• Build and maintain online product catalogues with accurate specifications, pricing, and high-quality visuals.
• Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and web performance metrics to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and vendors to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
• Engage in customer interaction, queries, and post-sales support to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Plan and manage seasonal promotions, discounts, and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with management to expand into new B2C channels and marketplaces.
