Ecommerce Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.; ensure accurate product listing, pricing, and stock updates on all platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional offers, discounts, and schemes in coordination with sales teams.
• Monitor order flow, cancellations, and returns to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate with platform account managers for visibility, deals, and growth programs.
• Coordinate with the warehouse / dispatch team to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
• Track and maintain inventory levels across platforms to prevent stock-outs or oversupply.
• Manage product catalogue hygiene images, descriptions, SKUs, and compliance with marketplace standards.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across e-commerce channels.
• Analyze platform dashboards to identify trends, fast-moving SKUs, and performance gaps.
• Prepare regular sales reports and MIS for management review.
• Reconciles payments, returns, and claims with finance.
• Liaise with production, dispatch, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
• Work closely with category and brand teams to align pricing and availability strategies.
• Ensure all dispatch and invoicing processes comply with company and statutory requirements.
