SAP CRM Functional : 8 + Years.
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing processes, excellent business process understanding, and hands-on configuration experience.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality SAP CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CRM functionalities, including Business Partner, Activities, Opportunities, Service Orders, Campaigns, and Interaction Center.
- Perform end-to-end configuration for CRM modules Sales, Service, and Marketing, including partner determination, pricing, action profiles, and territory management.
- Configure and manage CRM middleware for integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC (ERP) systems.
- Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams to define functional specifications for custom developments (BADI, BAPI, enhancements).
- Work with CRM Web UI configuration and personalization, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Participate in data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Support master data setup such as Business Partners, Product Master, and Organizational Model.
- Handle incident management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in existing CRM systems.
- Provide end-user training and develop functional documentation and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, BW, PI / PO) for integrated solutions.
- Participate in project planning, timelines, and cutover activities during go-live.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of functional experience in SAP CRM implementation and support projects.Strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.Hands-on experience with CRM Web UI configuration and navigation.Strong understanding of CRM middleware configuration and data replication concepts.Practical experience in partner determination, pricing, and action profiles setup.Good understanding of organizational model setup in SAP CRM.Working knowledge of integration with ECC systems (SD, MM, FI).Familiarity with Business Roles, Authorizations, and UI configuration.Strong experience in writing functional specifications for custom developments.Exposure to SAP C / 4HANA or S / 4HANA Customer Management is an advantage.Basic understanding of SAP BW, SAP PI / PO, or SAP Cloud Connector is a plus.(ref : iimjobs.com)
