About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Analyst with a strong background in financial and controlling processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by translating business needs into functional specifications. This role involves working closely with business partners and technical teams to deliver effective SAP FICO solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and wireframes for analytics and SAP FICO solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and refine business needs, ensuring a clear understanding of financial processes and how SAP data should be utilized and evaluated.
  • Lead and facilitate business requirements gathering sessions and workshops to capture detailed and accurate information.
  • Support Business Partners in qualifying and validating business requests related to SAP FICO services.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, technical teams, and developers to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system solutions.
  • Provide expert knowledge of business processes and data flow, specifically relating to financial and commercial operations within SAP modules.
  • Assist in the end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience :

  • Minimum of 8 years of strong, hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end SAP FICO lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Deep understanding of financial accounting, controlling processes, and commercial operations within an integrated SAP environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications that guide system development and enhancements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
