SAP CRM Functional Consultant - BADI / IDoc Modules

Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in functional configuration, testing, and business process validation. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in CRM implementation, customization, and integration with core SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform pure functional configurations in SAP CRM (Sales, Service, and Marketing modules).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for CRM functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom enhancements (BADI / BAPI / Workflow).
• Validate CRM middleware configurations and ensure data consistency between ECC and CRM systems.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve user-reported functional issues.
• Document configurations, test results, and process flows.
