Key Responsibilities :
- Manage bulk hiring for BPO and / or BFSI sectors
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Conduct screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams
- Maintain candidate databases and MIS reports
- Ensure hiring targets are met as per deadlines
- Handle onboarding coordination and documentation
Candidate Profile :
0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)Experience in BPO or BFSI recruitment is an added advantageStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to handle pressure and meet targetsFreshers with strong interest in recruitment can also applySkills Required
