Hiring Freshers / Experienced Recruiters For BPO / BFSI Hiring

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring for BPO and / or BFSI sectors
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Conduct screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams
• Maintain candidate databases and MIS reports
• Ensure hiring targets are met as per deadlines
• Handle onboarding coordination and documentation
