Peoplesoft Technical Consultant / Lead

Job Type : Full-time, remote work arrangement, 12-month contract (extendable / renewable) role

Our client, a top ranking business school with campuses in Asia, Middle East, Europe, and US, is hiring a Peoplesoft Technical Consultant / Lead.

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Lead to support and guide their Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application. This role is ideal for someone with both strong technical expertise and the ability to partner closely with business and IT teams to drive impactful solutions. This is a strategic role where your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth running and ongoing evolution of a world-class academic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide both functional and technical application support.
• Lead and coordinate technical development activities across Campus Solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to analyze and implement business requirements.
• Ensure timely communication of task and project status to stakeholders.
• Define, implement, and maintain best practices in development, testing, and release management.
• Develop contingency and backup strategies to ensure continuity of services.
