Objective :
- Provide functional and technical application support.
- Lead and coordinate technical development activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to analyze and implement business requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and updates on task and project status.
- Define and apply best practices in development, testing, and release management.
- Establish contingency and backup planning for continuity of services.
