About the Role
We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to help customers and dealers use and troubleshoot AGCO's Digital Farming solutions. You will be the expert for our digital products and support users in adopting tools related to farm data, field management, and machine connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product support to customers and dealers
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues (online or phone support)
- Guide users in adopting digital agriculture tools
- Maintain response and resolution SLAs
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to solve issues
- Assist with training materials (guides, videos, articles)
- Support new product pilots and occasional onsite visits
- Participate in global digital farming projects
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management5–8 years of customer support experience (B2B / B2C)Experience in agriculture industry and farming practicesFamiliarity with Jira or Azure DevOpsStrong English communication skillsKnowledge of German / French is a plusAbility to work in fast-paced environments and manage prioritiesBonus : Agile certification, data agronomy knowledgeWhat We Offer
