Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers to PPG products by configuring products according to customer specifications and requirements.
- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into accurate system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, escalating where necessary
- Issue eLearning and welcome emails to allow new customers to become fully conversant with the features and benefits of the solution(s) they have purchased.
- Assist in developing and maintaining configuration guides, templates and best practices
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
