Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced HR & Placement Manager to join our Ed-Tech organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, maintaining client relations, and ensuring successful placement of our trained students. Additionally, the role involves handling HR operations and coordinating training batches.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to support resourcing and training requirements.
  • Drive student placement activities , coordinating with corporates and industry partners for hiring opportunities.
  • Oversee batch coordination , ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
  • Handle core HR functions including employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with trainers, students, and clients to ensure a seamless placement and training experience.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or placement roles , preferably in the Ed-Tech or Training industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
