Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive / Sr. Lead Generation Executive to join our in-office team in Ahmedabad. This role is non-voice, focused on online research, lead harvesting, and data enrichment to support our U.S. sales closers and managing partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify credit card and payment processing businesses in assigned U.S. territories using Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase and other online directories. The candidate will be responsible to find out retail businesses through various channels and their decision makers to pitch our credit card processing solution.
  • Collect and validate essential lead details : company name, decision-maker’s name & title, verified email, LinkedIn profile, and phone number, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records in ISOHub CRM with proper tags and details.
  • Ensure data hygiene—verified emails, no duplicates, complete information.
  • Generate and share weekly lead reports with the U.S. team.
  • Work closely with the sales manager and U.S. team to refine lead criteria.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, data research, or sales support.
  • Proficiency with research platforms : LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase (or similar).
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal English and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to work U.S. overlap hours (4 PM – 1 AM IST).
  • On-site only – need to work from an Ahmedabad-based office.
