Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven City Head with strong experience in Commercial Real Estate to spearhead sales and business operations. The role requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with developers, corporate clients, and investors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead city-level commercial property sales, strategy, and operations to achieve business targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by building strong networks with developers, corporate clients, and investors.
  • Create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to maximize commercial market share.
  • Manage and mentor a large commercial sales team, ensuring motivation and high performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and align strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and maintain high service standards in commercial property transactions.

  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills in commercial property sales.
  • Excellent sales & negotiation capabilities for high-value commercial deals.
  • Strong network in the commercial real estate ecosystem.
  • High energy, target-driven, and passionate about growth.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Qualification & Experience :

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate / Office Spaces / Corporate Leasing / Luxury Commercial Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving high commercial sales numbers.
  • Location : Mumbai / Delhi
