YASH Technologies - Principal Consultant - Dynamics 365

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects, including at least 4 full life cycle implementations.
• Drive version upgrade initiatives from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Develop and customize Dynamics AX using X++, including workflows and integrations.
• Work closely with prospective clients to understand and document key business requirements.
• Advise and collaborate with delivery teams during solution design and architecture discussions.
• Lead technical workshops and client analysis sessions to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Prepare effort estimations and technical proposals for project work streams.
• Recommend optimal system design and integration strategies aligned with client business needs and technology ecosystem.
• Stay updated on AI innovations and Copilot functionalities and integrate them where applicable.
• Collaborate with Power Platform teams to design seamless integrations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal responses and technical artifact creation.
• Demonstrate a customer-oriented attitude with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
