Location :  Hyderabad (Client’s GCC) |  Hybrid Mode

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Apps Consultant  to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate should be  hands-on , with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Omnichannel), Power Platform, and Azure integrations.

Key Skills Required :

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service , especially  Omnichannel features
• Proven expertise in PCF control development  (Power Apps framework)
• Proficiency in  Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
• Good understanding of  Azure services , particularly  API authentication & integration
