Key Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, flexible, and supportable solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Participate in and lead pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution architecture, effort estimation, and client presentations.
Drive AI and CoPilot-based initiatives to enhance customer experience and system intelligence.
Prepare functional specification documents and provide direction to technical teams during the
implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure business goals are met.
Develop and maintain documentation including solution architecture, configurations, and integrations.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to capability development within the team.
Ensure best practices in Dynamics CRM implementations and maintain system integrity, scalability, and Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM, including 3- 4 full lifecycle implementations.
Strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
Proficient in Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
Experience in implementing and leveraging Microsoft CoPilot and AI solutions is highly desirable.
Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (APIs, custom connectors, plugins).
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working in global, multicultural teams and client environments.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client interactions effectively.
Strong documentation and solution design skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
