Educational Qualification : Premier Institute (IIM A / B / C / K / L / I)

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

2–3 years in consulting, business strategy, or Chief of Staff roles
Strong understanding of global markets with sharp quantitative and analytical skills
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt independently
Proficient in financial modelling, presentation development (PowerPoint), report writing, and storyboard creation
Skilled in holistic business analysis — spanning financials, technology, infrastructure, talent, and market footprint
Experience in competitor benchmarking with a focus on actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at drafting briefing notes and talking points
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership
Proactive, decisive, and solution-oriented

Key Responsibilities :

Support the Global Markets Chief of Staff in executive reviews and strategic forums

Analyse benchmarking data to assess market positioning and identify growth levers

Lead and support strategic initiatives, offering data-driven solutions to business challenges

Drive process improvements and optimise Chief of Staff office operations

Develop executive-ready reports and presentations for senior forums and governance bodies

Prepare briefing materials for high-level meetings with board members, regulators, and clients

Create impactful communications for internal events (e.g., Town Halls, all-colleague calls)

Maintain and enhance action trackers and performance scorecards

Champion automation and optimisation of databases and reporting tools
