Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced leader from the Alcobev industry only to take on the role of State Head – Maharashtra . This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in one of our key markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive state-level sales growth and market expansion
• Build and strengthen presence across Retail & HORECA channels
• Manage the full P&L responsibility for the state and deliver profitability
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team
• Define and implement business strategies to achieve targets
• Ensure execution of trade schemes, manage volumes, and streamline operations
