Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Kamrup Rural. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing team operations, ensuring targets are met, and managing day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing training and support to enhance team performance. The Team Leader will also be responsible for reporting to management on team progress and addressing any issues that arise.
