Key Responsibilities :
- Lead business development initiatives and foster strong relationship management to maximize client retention and referral leads.
- Oversee account management activities with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless business execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance benchmarks and guiding them towards achieving targets.
- Proactively follow up on invoice payments, shipment closures, and reconciliations to maintain healthy cash flow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills :
