Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume & Localized Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Targeted Local Sourcing : Design and execute specialized, on-the-ground recruitment strategies for mass hiring of 50 to 60 hyper-local focused staff.
- University Partnerships : Build and manage relationships with local, agri-related universities across regions to establish a consistent talent pipeline.
- Recruitment Execution : Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for junior-level roles.
- Digital Recruitment : Manage job postings, sourcing, and screening for all other roles (mid-level, corporate) using digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
2. HR Generalist and Employee Lifecycle Management
Onboarding and Offboarding : Manage all new hire documentation, contracts, and a seamless onboarding and transition process.HR Operations : Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for internal HR inquiries, policy explanation, and general employee support.Performance Management : Help set up more formalized processes for team member reviews, ensuring structured reviews happen on time and reports are synthesized for management.Records and Compliance : Maintain and update employee records, HRIS databases, and ensure all internal HR documentation (SOPs, policies) is current and compliant.3. Cross-Functional Support and Process Improvement
