Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager HRBP at an International BPO. The role is located in Noida. The Deputy Manager HRBP will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations and engagement, managing talent acquisition and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role will also involve performance management, handling disciplinary actions, conducting training and development sessions, and assisting in strategic HR initiatives.

• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and engagement
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and HR compliance
• Skills in performance management and handling disciplinary actions
• Ability to conduct training and development sessions
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
