Experience Required - 14+years

Location - Gurugram

Responsibilities-

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the people strategy aligned with business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organization design, leadership effectiveness, change management, and talent development
• Drive key talent interventions including performance management, succession planning, and capability building
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes
• Provide data-driven insights and workforce analytics to guide decision-making
• Lead strategic hiring, workforce planning, and internal mobility discussions with Talent Acquisition.
• Navigate complex employee relations issues, with support from legal and ER teams
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with Genpact's values and purpose
• Manage HR-related risks and ensure compliance with applicable policies and laws
