Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership :
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
Workforce Planning :
Analyze talent needs and support workforce optimization and succession planning.
Employee Relations :
Manage employee concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
Performance Management :
Drive performance review cycles, goal-setting, and development plans.
Talent Development :
Identify skill gaps and support training, learning, and leadership programs.
Organizational Development :
Lead change management initiatives and culture-building activities.
Policy & Compliance :
Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory guidelines.
HR Analytics :
Use data to provide insights on engagement, attrition, and workforce productivity.
Stakeholder Management :
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
Engagement & Well-being :
Drive employee engagement strategies, recognition programs, and well-being interventions.
Experience of 10 -12 years as HR Business Partner; not looking for generalist profiles
