Overview :

Ethoca & Mastercard is looking for a Manager of our BizOps team to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role :

In This Position, You Will :

• Manage globally diverse teams with experience in supporting mission critical applications running on-premises and in Azures public cloud.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Application operations teams supporting a 24 / 7 environment.
• Work with the wider Ethoca and Mastercard teams to design and manage the implementation of end-to-end solutions.
• Assist with business requirements : planning, installation, configuration, optimization, and support for innovative technical solutions focused on a highly secure computing infrastructure.
• Work to identify process and organizational improvements including employee coaching and mentoring.

Manage multiple projects while ensuring business as usual tasks and activities are completed in parallel.
