Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Bengaluru. On a daily basis, the representative will focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales within the designated territory. Responsibilities also include identifying potential customers, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong experience with Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
A focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving
Organizational, time-management, and teamwork abilities to thrive in a dynamic sales environment
Relevant experience of 6 months to 1 year in a similar role, preferably in IT or software solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related platforms is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
