Job Description
We are hiring Inside Sales Executive / Business Development for International IT sales - US & UK
- Prospect identification through Cold Calling.
- Develop new business opportunities by contacting key decision makers.
- Lead generation & finding right contact for the sales team.
- Researching the market to gain familiarization with target audience.
- Responsible for inside sales activities for US and UK.
- Analyse companies in the US and UK market from the data available on different sources & qualifying them as the prospective customers for the company.
- Preferably with experience in US / UK international sales.
- Should be able to achieve monthly targets for lead generation using social media / job sites / cold calling / online networking.
- Identify prospects and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
- Have good understanding for customer needs and requirements.
- Qualify all sales leads, routing the opportunities to the appropriate Sales Managers for further development and closure.
- Determine the result of respective meetings & follow up appropriately to close the loop.
- Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports.
- Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work towards corporate objectives.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos with prospective clients.
Requirements :
Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.Strong internet research skills is a must.Must be highly organized and attentive to detail.Be a self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging work environment, must work well individually and collaborate with the team.Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.Be willing to work in night shifts (US & UK region).
