Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Outdoor Advertising Sales in Delhi at Bridgecomm. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to communication, sales, account management, marketing, and business development to promote and sell outdoor advertising solutions in the market.

Requirements

Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or similar field

3–5 years of experience in outdoor advertising, Advertising Agency, Media Sales, OOH media, or corporate sales. Good network with media agencies, brands, and corporates in Delhi

Strong communication and presentation skills (HINGLISH). Good at negotiation and closing big deals. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Street-smart, self-driven, and target-oriented. What You Will Do Find and onboard new clients for outdoor advertising in Delhi.

Keep a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets. Build and maintain good relationships with agencies, government departments, corporates, and direct clients.

Understand client needs and suggest the right advertising solutions. Negotiate prices, contracts, and deliverables. Work with internal teams to make sure campaigns run smoothly.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Look for chances to cross-sell and upsell other outdoor formats.

What We Offer

Salary : ₹50,000 per month or Higher
