Women’s innerwear is a high-growth, multi-billion-dollar category where comfort, tech, and trust win. Nippetals is a global brand (Shopify + marketplaces) in adhesive bras, nipple covers, and boob tape—scaling fast across India, the U.S., and beyond. We’re looking for a full-stack growth owner to take us 1 → 10 .
You’ll own (end-to-end) :
What success looks like (first 90 days) :
0–30 : Audit + stabilize tracking / structure, stand up one source of truth, launch 6–10 tests
31–60 : Restructure for efficiency, pace to MER, launch 2–3 high-intent LPs, tighten Amazon TACoS
61–90 : Automate reporting, set quarterly roadmap, compound MoM growth with clear rituals
