We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to help us identify and hire top talent. This role is key to supporting our growth by ensuring a seamless and efficient HR process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, company website).
- Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews and schedule further interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all records are up to date.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus hiring drives.
- Prepare and extend offer letters; support pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics to analyze hiring performance and suggest improvements.
