Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and payroll software.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Skills Required
