About the Role :
We’re seeking an experienced HR Specialist / Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for open positions in India, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS data accurately
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
