What You'll Do :
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure clear ownership across hiring, onboarding, and engagement.
- Design and execute performance management cycles, reviews, and feedback loops.
- Develop and update HR policies that balance people empathy with operational efficiency.
- Handle conflict resolution and mediate diplomatically across teams.
- Build and reinforce a transparent, values-driven culture aligned with Nap Chief's mission.
- Create training and development programs, mentorship systems, and skill trackers.
- Manage employee records, attendance, compensation, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with department heads to forecast talent needs and workforce planning.
- Drive retention through proactive engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, cost-per-hire, and engagement insights.
Who We're Looking For :
3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.Strong people management, empathy, and diplomacy skills.Experience with performance and goal-setting systems (OKRs / KPIs).Expertise in interviewing, evaluation, and recruitment frameworks.Proficiency in Asana or HRMS tools.Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.Process-oriented mindset with analytical decision-making skills.Adaptable, proactive, and strong in organizational planning.Why Join Us :
